4. Appointment & Report Management
When a patient books a test:
The request is received by the Admin.
The Admin assigns an available time slot.
After the test is completed, reports are generated.
Reports are uploaded securely to the patient’s dashboard.
Patients can view and download their reports from within the App.
All medical reports are treated as confidential medical information.
