1. Introduction
This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of the Al Nasar Lab and Diagnostic Center mobile application (“App”) can request deletion of their account and how their data is handled after deletion.
We are committed to protecting patient privacy while complying with applicable medical and legal record retention requirements.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
Patients may request account deletion through one of the following methods:
Option 1: Through the Mobile Application
Log in to your account
Navigate to Profile Settings
Select Request Account Deletion
Confirm the request
Option 2: Via Email
Send a deletion request to:

Our support team may verify your identity before processing the request.
3. Identity Verification
To protect patient confidentiality, we may verify your identity before processing any deletion request. This may include OTP verification or confirmation through registered contact details.
4. What Happens After Deletion Request
Once your deletion request is received and verified:
Your account will be deactivated immediately.
Login access will be disabled.
Personal profile data will be removed from active systems.
You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed.
Processing time: Within 7–14 working days.
5. Medical Records & Legal Retention
Please note:
Diagnostic test records and medical reports may be retained as required by applicable healthcare laws and regulatory requirements.
Such retained data will not be publicly accessible and will remain securely stored.
Retained data will only be used for legal, regulatory, or medical compliance purposes.
6. Data That May Be Deleted
Upon successful deletion:
Profile information
Login credentials
Booking history (from active dashboard)
Uploaded documents (if legally permitted)
App usage data linked to your profile
7. Data That May Be Retained
We may retain:
Medical diagnostic reports
Transaction records
Information required for legal compliance
Records necessary for resolving disputes
Retention will follow medical and legal regulatory standards.
8. Impact of Account Deletion
After deletion:
You will not be able to access previous reports via the App.
A new account must be created to use services again.
Previously retained medical records may still exist as per legal requirements.
9. Withdrawal of Consent
Requesting account deletion is considered withdrawal of consent for processing personal data going forward, except where retention is legally required.
